| TeleStaff Workstation Installation |
| 1) |
Login to the target computer as an Administrator This install needs full access to the computer to install files and install registry settings |

Put your TeleStaff installation disk in the drive The TeleStaff install should automatically begin |

If the TeleStaff Installation does not automatically begin then you will need to run Setup.exe on the installation disk |

Select User Workstation and click Next User Workstations are targeted for the average user that does not need management reporting capability. This option avoids the installation the 150 Megabytes of Crystal Reports support required for reporting capability. |

Enter the computer name of your TeleStaff Middle-Tier Server The TeleStaff Middle-Tier Server houses the business logic of TeleStaff and provides the workstation authenticated access to the database |

This installation will optionally verifiy that the Middle-Tier is accessibleThe Middle-Tier Server should be upgraded before any of the workstations or a version conflict message will appearIf verification process hangs then reboot and uncheck this Verify option next attempt |

To begin the installation, click Install This confirmation window is your final step before installation or upgrade takes place |

When complete, click Finish This window indicates that the Workstation Installation completed successsfully |

If your install was interrupted it is typically because you lacked sufficient rights to update the registry or install files |
