1380	Auctions	W	enh	Preference Auctions now offer a faster award process as long as bidding an Auction Item is required to win and Auction Item. The new option is available on the Auctions advanced tab and is a checkbox named 'Consider unbid items too'.
1398	Calendar	W	bug	The Advanced Calendar's Limit By window was displaying selections incorrectly when it opened. For example, if you selected Profile Rank, clicked OK and then returned to the window it would show Profile Rank and Rank as selected. In addition, it incorrectly allowed editing of the list member names.
1396	Contact Manager	-	bug	Outbound contact methods were not alternating between multiple methods correctly For example, if you had two phone numbers we were using the first number rather than alternating between the two numbers..
1391	Database	-	bug	Some Auto Notify records would continue to appear at each login even though they had been Accepted during the previous login. This was caused when the User Skipped a Notification for an Auto Notify record and a Staffer subsequently removed and then reinserted that Auto Notify record for the same vacancy.
1392	Miscellaneous	W	enh	Insufficient authority wording changed from 'Not authorized to touch...' to 'Not authorized to access...'

1399	Roster	-	bug	Unchecked vacancies on the Roster were erroneously showing vacancy flags of the record that created them.

1385	Setup	W	bug	Lists, List Chains, List Plans and Shift Times would disappear from the Setup portion of the Navigator if no context options for that item were selected. To get that item to reappear, select the Disabled Too menu option, expose the item and select a minimum of one context checkbox.
1389	WebStaff	-	bug	The question marks representing a vacancy were colored blue (instead of red) and the vacancy's corresponding popup menu was the person menu rather than the a vacancy menu.
1390	WebStaff	-	bug	When you send a vacancy 'Outbound' the result window flashed up message reading 'This is a test'
1401	WebStaff	-	bug	Fill by Rules threw an 'Error: 13 (WSCFillVacancy) Type Mismatch' error when trying to fill a vacancy for the past.
1402	WebStaff	-	bug	Rules that keyed off of the Causing Work Code Dynamic Argument did not work when the rules were run from WebStaff's Fill By Rules (Issue since v2.40).
