TeleStaff Release Notes 2.51
DTNCategory TypeDescriptionTicket
1382AuctionsWbugClicking Save in a Work Code Auction could throw an invalid window any of the issues in the issues window had a red 'X'.
1383AuctionsWbugThe issues window now allows you to prevent a user from taking leave on a day that they don't work. Prior version accomplished this via Dynamic Conditions however catching this at Save time allows Auctions to load much faster
1384AuctionsWbugThe Matching Options parameter in the Assignment Auction Award Properties was not saving correctly.
1387AuctionsWbugAuctions Check Issues was not being called from the popup Auctions window (Please note that while a Workstation upgrade from v2.50 is not necessary, it may be wise to do so as an Auctions user could use the popup Auctions window rather than the Navigator Auctions panel to bypass issues that would have otherwise denied their request).
1388Auctions-bugAn Authentication Error was being thrown to the Windows Event Viewer during the Save process in an Auto Award Auction. This error occured on the OEM database and was only partially fixed in a previous fix (previous fix DTN:1370)
1394AuctionsWbugPopup Auction did not focus on selected persons Auction when opened from the People Filter.
1395AuctionsWbugThe Popup Auction did not allow you to enter Manage mode.
1380AuctionsWenhPreference Auctions now offer a faster award process as long as bidding an Auction Item is required to win and Auction Item. The new option is available on the Auctions advanced tab and is a checkbox named 'Consider unbid items too'.
1398CalendarWbugThe Advanced Calendar's Limit By window was displaying selections incorrectly when it opened. For example, if you selected Profile Rank, clicked OK and then returned to the window it would show Profile Rank and Rank as selected. In addition, it incorrectly allowed editing of the list member names.
1396Contact Manager-bugOutbound contact methods were not alternating between multiple methods correctly For example, if you had two phone numbers we were using the first number rather than alternating between the two numbers..
1391Database-bugSome Auto Notify records would continue to appear at each login even though they had been Accepted during the previous login. This was caused when the User Skipped a Notification for an Auto Notify record and a Staffer subsequently removed and then reinserted that Auto Notify record for the same vacancy.
1392MiscellaneousWenhInsufficient authority wording changed from 'Not authorized to touch...' to 'Not authorized to access...'
1397RosterWbugThe Roster's Locate Person window was displaying Specialties in the Group column
1399Roster-bugUnchecked vacancies on the Roster were erroneously showing vacancy flags of the record that created them.
1403RosterWbugSome People Filter controls were not visible on the Advanced Roster when viewed on low resolution monitors.
1385SetupWbugLists, List Chains, List Plans and Shift Times would disappear from the Setup portion of the Navigator if no context options for that item were selected. To get that item to reappear, select the Disabled Too menu option, expose the item and select a minimum of one context checkbox.
1389WebStaff-bugThe question marks representing a vacancy were colored blue (instead of red) and the vacancy's corresponding popup menu was the person menu rather than the a vacancy menu.
1390WebStaff-bugWhen you send a vacancy 'Outbound' the result window flashed up message reading 'This is a test'
1401WebStaff-bugFill by Rules threw an 'Error: 13 (WSCFillVacancy) Type Mismatch' error when trying to fill a vacancy for the past.
1402WebStaff-bugRules that keyed off of the Causing Work Code Dynamic Argument did not work when the rules were run from WebStaff's Fill By Rules (Issue since v2.40).
